RESOLUTION NO. 4267 BY: Messrs. Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos, Hufi~an, <br /> Lawther, Usher, <br /> Ward. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works 'to enter into a conces~!.c~% agreement <br />for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accesso~ <br />stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink for a <br />period of one (1) year° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes aa emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health and for the usual daily operation of a municipal department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That ~e Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter in~o a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, <br />with the highest and best bidder, for a period of one (1) year, <br />after advertisement according to law0 <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Councml, it shall take effect and be in <br />force m~uediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted~ September 3, 1963 <br />Robert M.
