Huffman, Lawther, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4276 ~ Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Williamson, <br /> Gaydos. <br /> A RESOLUTION commending Miss Coletta Eo Black for her <br />faithful service to the City of Lakewoodo <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Miss Coletta E. Black has resigned as Secretary <br />to the Mayor after having served the City for thirty-seven years, <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, she has given generously and cheerfully of her <br />time and patience to all citizens, public officials, and fellow <br />employees~ and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, by her efficiency~ devotion~ and ability she <br />has been of invaluable assistance to Lakewood Mayors, and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, she has given leadership to all municipal em- <br />ployees by her good will and friendly spirit, and <br /> <br /> WREREAS~ such service should be recognized, <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED~ that in recognition of <br />Miss Black, this Council wishes to express its heartfelt thanks <br />and appreciation for her years of service and wishes her happi- <br />ness and health in her retirement~ and we adopt this resolution <br />and cause a copy thereof to be spread upon the minutes of this <br />meeting~ and <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of Council be and <br />he is hereby directed to transmit a duly authorized copy of this <br />resolution to Miss Coletta E.
