RESOLUTION NO. 4294 <br /> <br />By: Messrs. Ward, Wendling, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Finance to expend the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) <br />dollars for membership in the Regional Planning Commission <br />for the year 1964. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public health, property, safety and welfare, and for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department, now, there- <br />fore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br />hereby is authorized and directed to expend the sum of <br />$1,000.00 for membership contribution of the City of <br />Lakewood to the Regional Planning Commission for participa- <br />tion during the year 1964~ <br /> <br /> Section 2.
