Messrs. ~sher, Ward, <br />RESOLUTION NOo 4298 BY: Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffm~no <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorlzin9 and directin9 the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of the necessary items of water <br />meters and water meter parts for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing April 1, 1964o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of s muni- <br />cipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />requirement contract for the purchase of the nscessary <br />items of water meters and water meter parts for a period <br />of one (1) year commencing April 1, 196~, with the lowest <br />and best bidder after advertisement according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor° <br /> <br />ADOPTED~ February <br /> <br />John, Gaydos, Jr. <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />February 6, 1964 <br /> <br /> Robert M.
