RESOLUTION NO. 4~02 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Cain, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement <br />contract or contracts for the purchase of street repair <br />materials for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />April 1, 1964. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF O~tO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works <br />be and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter intol <br />a requirement contract or contracts for the purchase of <br />street repair materials for a period of one (1) year <br />commencing April 1, 1964, in accordance with the list of <br />such materials on file in the office of the Director of <br />Public Works, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders <br />after advertisement according to law~ <br /> <br /> Section 2~ This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the..affi~ma%ivell <br />~Dte of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: Februar~ 17, 1964 <br /> <br />John Gaydos, Jr. <br />President <br /> <br />Approved:.February 21, 1964 <br /> <br />Mary Adams <br /> ActingClerk <br /> <br />Robert M.
