Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Cain. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION approving the appointment of <br />Mr. Paul Co Ruth, as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals, for the five-year term beginning January 1, <br />1964. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD.~ STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the appointment of Mr. <br />Paul C. Ruth, as a member of the Board of Zoning <br />Appeals for the five-year term beginning January 1, <br />1964, is hereby approved in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article XVI of the Charter of the <br />City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
