RESOLUTION NO. 4336 BY: Messrs. Bennett, Cain, Gaydos, Huffman, Usher, Ward, Wendling. AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood to correct an error in the Special Assessment Certification List, dated August 29, 1963, and transmitted to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to Ordinance No. 23-63 adopted March 18,1963, WHEREAS, on the 29th day of August, 1963, the then Finance Director of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, prepared and submitted to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County a Special Assessment Certi- fication List pursuant to Lakewood City Council Ordinance 23-63 adopted March 18, 1963, and, WHEREAS, it has come to the attention of the present Finance Director that an error was made in the permanent parcel number by which the property o f Harold C. and Ruth Gable, 2081 Lincoln Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, was described on said Special Assessment Certification List and, WHEREAS, it is necessary to correct said error and to notify the Auditor of Cuyahoga County of such correction, and, WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- ment; now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: Section 1. That the Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, be and he is hereby authorized and directed to correct the permanent parcel number appearing opposite the name of Harold C. and Ruth Gable on sheet number two of the Special Assessment Certification List dated August 29, 1963, and prepared by the Finance Director pursuant to the Ordinance No. 23-63 adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood on the 18th day of March, 1963, so that, as corrected, said permanent parcel number shall read 314-22-53. Section 2. That said correction as hereinbefore set forth, having been made, the Auditor of Cuyahoga.County be and he is hereby authorized to correct his records~ accordingly. Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized and directed to deliver a certified copy of this resolution to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the purpose of having the aforesaid error corrected.
