RESOLUTION NO. 4341 BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Bennett. <br /> AN EM~ERGENC~ RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director oE Public Works to enter into a contract for the <br />construction of a snow-meltin9 pit in the parking lot area west <br />of the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the construc- <br />tion of a snow-melting pit in the parking lot area west of the <br />Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, with the lowest and <br />best bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
