~ESOLUTION NO. 4352 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Gaydos, <br /> Hu£fman. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the fiscal of£icer of the City of Lakewood <br />to furnish his certificate of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$1~800,000 of bonds for the purpose of modernizing the Lakewood H~spital <br />by remodeling and improving the existing building and constructing an <br />addition thereto, acquiring real estate and interests therein and furniture, <br />furnishings and equipment and providing off-street parking facilities and <br />site improvements; <br /> <br /> NOW~ ~tEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of <br />Lakewood, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby requested <br />to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the property and the <br />maximum maturity of bonds calculated in accordance with the provisions of <br />Section 13~.20 of the Revised Code and based on the following: <br /> <br />25,000 for the acquisition of real estate and interests <br /> therein. <br /> <br />for remodeling and improving the existing building <br />and constructing an addition thereto. <br /> <br />600,000 <br /> <br />for the acquisition of furniture~ furnishings and <br />equipment and providing off-street parking facili- <br />ties and site improvements. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
