Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward~ <br /> Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the fiscal officer to furnish certificate <br />of maximum maturity. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ the CoUncil of the City of Lakewood, Ohio, contemplates <br />issuing $40,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of paying the costs <br />of replacing and rehabilitating equipment for recreational facilities~ <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the CoUncil of the C~ty of <br />Lakewood, Cuyahoga County~ Ohio: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of such <br />replacing and rehabilitating equipment for recreational facilities and <br />the maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accordance with <br />the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
