RESOLUTION NO. 4360 BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION appointing two members of the <br />Council as Trustees of the Police Relief & Pension Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Revised Code of the State of <br />Ohio, it is necessary for the Council to appoint two of its <br />members to serve as Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension <br />Fund commencing the second Monday in September for a period of <br />one year, and~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />property and for the usual daily operation of a municipal de- <br />partment~ now, therefore~ <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHI0: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That two members of this Council, to wit: <br /> <br />George J. Usher <br /> <br />Robert E. Wendling <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police <br />Relief and Pension Fund for the term beginning September 14, <br />1964, to perform the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its adop- <br />tion and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />September 8, 1964 <br /> <br />John GaydoM, Jr. <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: September 10, 1964 <br /> <br />Mary Adams <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Robert Mo Lawther <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
