That the Director of Finance be and he is <br />hereby authorized to pay the cost of membership of municipal em- <br />ployees and/or Divisions or Departments of the City of Lakewood <br />for the years 196~ and 1965, in the organizations and associations <br />set forth in Section i hereof. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
