Ward, Bennett, <br /> Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing tl~e <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of fire hydrants and <br />fire hydrant parts for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />January 1~ 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart-- <br />Rent; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA.KEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a require- <br />ment contract for the purchase of the necessary items of fire <br />hydrants and fire hydrant parts for a period of one year <br />commencing January 1, 1965, with the lowest and best bidder <br />after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
