RESOLUTION NO. 4386 BY: Messrs. Ward, Wendling, <br /> Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> /~ Usher. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Finance to expend the sum of one thousand ($1,000.00) dollars <br />for membership in the Regional Planning commission for the <br />year 1965. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the pub- <br />lic health, property, safety and welfare, and for the usual <br />daily operation of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF I~KEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance be and he <br /> hereby is authorized and directed to expend the sum of $1,000. <br /> for membership contribution of the City of LakewOod to the <br /> Regional Planning Commission for participation during the <br /> year 1965. <br /> Section 2. Said payment of $1,000.00 shall be paid <br /> from ~ <br /> Appropriation No. 0191176 -- Travel - Membership - Publications. <br /> Section 3.
