Mr.____C__h~r:l~_s___S_~__H__u_f_~_m__a~_~_r_~ ............ moved the adoption of the following resolutiOn: WHEREAS, At a meeting of the legislative authority of ........... _L~___e_w_o_o__d_ .................... , Ohio, held in the office of said legislative authority, on this_~-8-t--h___day of__~a~-U-a--r-y- ............. , 19_63__, a quorum being present, the improvement of. State Route No. 237, under the provisions ~o~f Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for further consideration; said portion of highway, as described in the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway Director of Ohio, enacted on the ....... _l_6_t__h_ ............... day of ...... _N__oy_e_m_b__e_r_ ............. ,19__6_4_, being as follows: Beginning at a point on State Route No. 237 (Riverside Drive) 1.60 miles~ more or less~ north of State Route No. 10, thence in a northwesterly direction along State Route No. 2~7 (River- side Drive) to its intersection with Graber Drive; thence continuing in a westerly direction on Graber Drive to a point 0.15 mile west of its intersection with State Route No. and there terminate. Being in all a total net length of work of 0.77 mile~ more or less, exclusive of omitted areas as de- tailed on Ohio Department of Highways Plans designated as: CUY-237-13.22 City of Lakewood and WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, said legislative authority proposed to cooper- ate with the State Highway Director of Ohio intheimprovementofthe above descried highway by assuming the payment of and contributing an amount of money, which is to be applied toward the total cosm of said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal -"~: ..... to the following: (1) One hundred percent (100%) of the cos~ of adjusting or re- arranging municipally owned utilities affected by the im- provement~ and (2)One hundred percent (100~) of the cost of that portion of the improvement which lies along Graber Drive, and (3) Fifteen percen~ (15%) of the cost,of that portion of the ~ improvement which lies along State Route No. 237 (River- side Drive). Said percentages shall include their respective costs of engineering~ contingencies and incidental expenses. The Director of Highways notwithstanding ~the percentage basis of contribution may allocate the money contributed in whatever manner he may deem necessary in financing the cost of oonstruction~ rights-of-way~ engineering and incidental expenses. Said amounm is now estimated to be T~elve Thousand Five Hundred Fifty Five ........ O0/100 Dollars ($12~555.00)~ but said amount is to be adjusted in orde~ that the City's ultimate share of the cos~ of said improvemen~ shall correspond with said percentages of actual cost, ~hen said actual costs are determined
