RESOLUT O NO. <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement con- <br />tract or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials <br />for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, This resolution constitutes an emergen~ <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OP <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authcuized and directed to enter into a re- <br />quirement contract or contracts for the purchase of street <br />repair materials for a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, <br />1965~ in accordance with the list of such materials on file in <br />the office of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2~ This resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor° <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> pproved: <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
