Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Bennett, <br /> Cain. <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and dizeeting <br />the Director of Public Safety to negotiate for the ~urchase <br />of property for the widening of the roadway in Hitliard Road <br />west of Warren Road as shown on the accompanying plot number <br />Po 78 Ao 0 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Council is aware of the hazardous <br />traffic condition existing with many accidents at this <br />location, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />health and safety and for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of Public Safety be <br />and he is hereby authorized to negotiate for the purchase of <br />the property for the widening of the roadway in Hilllard Road <br />west of Warren Road as shown on the accompanying plot No. <br />P. 78 A. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
