RESOLI~ION NCo 4426 BY: Messrs. Bennett, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Hu£fman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the <br />City of Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1966, and <br />authorizing the filing of the same with the Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the <br />usual daily operation of a municipal department arising <br />from the necsssity of preparing and filing a budget for <br />the year 1966, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the <br />Director of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing the <br />amount of money needed and the necessary expenditures in <br />the various departments of the municipality for the year <br />1966, be and the same is hereby approved and the Clerk is <br />hereby ordered and directed to file same with the Auditor <br />of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes of the state of <br />Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two thirds(2/3) of all members elected to Council~ it shall <br />take effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption <br />and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />J~ly 6, 1965 <br /> <br />Approved: July 9, 1965 <br /> <br />John Gaydos, Jr. <br /> <br />Marry Adams <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />clerk <br /> <br />Robert M.
