RESOLUTION NO. 4428 BY: Messrs. Hu£Fman, Usher, <br /> Ward, Wendling, <br /> Bennett, Gaydos. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the <br />Mayor to obtain appraisals on property needed <br />by the City of Lakewood for construction of off- <br />street parking facilities° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an <br />emergency measure in that it provides for the <br />immediate preservation of the public safety and <br />welfare and for the usual daily operation of <br />municipal departments, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Mayor be and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to hire the <br />Cleveland Real Estate Board to make appraisals <br />of property located at 1433, 1437, 1441 Sto Charles <br />Avenue and 1422, 1426, 1430, 1436, 1440 and 1444 <br />Belle Avenue, said property to be used for the <br />construction of off-street parking facilities ad- <br />jacent to and in connection with Lakewood Hospital° <br /> <br /> Section 2o This resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in <br />the preamble hereof and provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected <br />to Council, it~ shall take effect and be in force immedi- <br />ately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor° <br /> <br />Adopted: July 6.,..1965 <br /> <br />John Ga~dos.
