AS AMENDED AT THE <br />M~ETING JULY 19~ 1965 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 4430 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Wendling, Bennett. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the pur- <br />chase of up to 15,000 feet of 1~" threaded wrought iron pipe in <br />20 foot lengths, together with couplings, for the Winterhurst~ <br />Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency meas- <br />ure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal de- <br />partment~ now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF 0HIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the pur- <br />chase of up to 15,000 feet of l~" threaded wrought iron pipe in <br />20 Eoot lengths, together with couplings, for the Winterhurst- <br />Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink, with the lowest and best bidder <br />after advertisement pursuant to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
