RESOLUTION NO. 443~ <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Usher, Ward, <br />Wendllng, Bennett, <br />Gaydos, Huffman. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director <br />of Public Works to enter into a contract for the purchase <br />of the necessary requirements of gasoline for the several <br />departments of the City, for a period of one year, commencing <br />November 1, 1965o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, It is necessary to furnish the several de- <br />partments of the city with gasoline for the operation of <br />vehicles and motorized equipment, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public property and for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal departmenty now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter in a contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary requirements of gao!ine <br />for a period of one year, beginning November 1, 1965, for <br />the several departments of the City, with the lowest and best <br />bidder after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
