RESOLUTION NO. BY: <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION appointing two members of the <br />Council as Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension Fund. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Pursuant to the Revised Code of the State of <br />Ohio, it is necessary for the Council to appoint two of its <br />members to serve aS Trustees of the Police Relief and Pension <br />Fund, commencing the second Monday in September for a period <br />of one year, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency meas? <br />ute providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />property and for the usual daily operation of a municipal de- <br />partment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That two members of this Council, to wit: <br /> <br />be and they are hereby appointed as Trustees of the Police <br />Relief and Pension Fund for the term beginning September 1~-~ <br />1965, to perform the duties required by law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
