RESOLUTION NO. ~438 BY: Messrs. Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Bennett, <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring the necessity <br />and intention to appropriate the real property known as being <br />Permanent Parcel Number 314-7-32, in Cuyahoga County Records <br />and being known for street numbering purposes as 1452 Marlowe <br />Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, owned by John J. Thomas. <br /> <br /> WHEREAs, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That it is deemed necessary and is hereby <br />declared to be the intention of this Council to appropriate the <br />fee simple interest in and to the premises hereinafter described <br />for the purpose of constructing thereon an addition to the <br />I,~ood Hospital of Lakewood, Ohio: <br /> <br /> Situated in the City of Lakewood, County of Cuyahoga <br /> and State of Ohio: and known as being Sub Lot No. 234 <br /> and the Northerly 5 feet from front to rear of Sub <br />Lot No. 233 in The Genck Realty Company's "Lakewood" <br />Subdivision of part of Original Rockport Township <br />Section No. 22 as shown by the recorded plat in Volume <br />35 of Maps, Page 26 of Cuyahoga County Records, and <br />together forming a parcel of land having a frontage of <br />50 feet on the Westerly side of Marlowe Avenue and <br />extending back 118o26 feet on the Northgrly line, about <br />119o01 feet on. the Southerly line and having a rear line <br />of 50 feet as appears by said plat, be the same more or <br />less, but subject to all legal highways. <br /> <br /> Section 2° That the Clerk of Council be and she is <br />hereby authorized to cause written notice thereof to be given <br />to the owner, person in possession thereof or having an <br />interest of record in the above described premises or to his <br />authorized agent and said notice shall be served by a person <br />designated for the purpose by said Clerk of Council and return <br />made in the manner provided by law for the service and return <br />of summons in civil actions° <br /> <br /> Section 3. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure and~ provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council <br />it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br />MaVyor <br /> <br /> <br />
