Wendling, Bennett, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4439 BY: Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, <br /> Ward. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement <br />for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory <br />stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink for <br />a period of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health <br />and for the usual daily operation of a Municipal Department; <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVEDBY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO= <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Rink, with the highest and best bidder, for a period of one <br />(1) year, after advertisement according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be <br />an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof <br />and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: September 20, 1965 <br /> <br />John Gaydos, Jr.... <br /> President <br /> <br />Approved: ~September 24, 1965 <br /> <br />Marv Adams <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Robert M.
