RESOLUTION NO. 4447 BY: Messrs, Cain, Gaydos, <br /> Huffman, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Bennett. <br /> <br /> 2~4 EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter ihto a requirement contract <br />for the purchase of the necessary items of fire hydrants and <br />fire hydrant parts for a period of one (1) year commencing <br />January l, 1966. <br /> <br /> W~ER~S, ~%is resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />provzclng for the usual daily operation of a munici~oal depart- <br />ment; now, 'therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~EWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO~ <br /> <br /> Section t. That the Director of Public Works b~ and he is <br />hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract for the purchase of the necessary items of fire <br />hydrants and fire hydrant parts for a period of one year <br />co~uencin9 January 1, 1986, with the lowest and best bidder <br />after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
