RESOLUTION ~0. 4458 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. <br /> <br />Wendling, Huffman, <br />Kelley, Usher, <br />Ward. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION requesting the Fiscal Officer to furnish Certificate <br />of MaXimumMaturity.' <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Lakewood contemplates issuing <br />$1,425,000 of bonds and notes for the purpose of acquiring and improving <br />real property by clearing therefrom existing buildings thereon and construct- <br />ing and equipping a structure for municipal off-street parking; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the fiscal officer of this City is hereby <br />requested to certify his estimate of the life of usefulness of the <br />property amd the maximum maturity of bonds and notes calculated in accord- <br />ance with the provisions of Section 133.20 of the Revised Code and based <br />on the following: <br /> <br />$ 14,250 for clearing existing buildings. <br />$ 142,500 for acquisition of real estate. <br />$ 1,211,250 for~constructing a structure for municipal <br /> off-street parking. <br />$ 57~000 for equipping a structure for municipal off-street <br /> parking. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution shall be in force and take <br />effect immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor and at the <br />earliest period allowed by law. <br /> <br />Adopted:...
