Ryan, as a member of the Board of <br />Zoning Appeals for the unexpired term ending <br />December 31, 1969. <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the appointment of Mr. Lowell <br />D.
