RESOLUTION NO. 4~61 BY: Messrs. Ward, Wendling, <br /> Cain, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials for a <br />period of one (1) year commencing April t, 1966. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials <br />for a period 0f one (1) year commencing April 1, 1966~ in <br />accordance with the list of such materials on file in the office <br />of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and best bidder <br />or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
