RESOLUTION NO. 4462 BY:Messrs. Wendling, Cain, <br /> Huffman, Kelley, <br /> Usher, Ward. <br /> AM EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />for liquid chlorine, lime and ferric chloride, for a period of <br />one (1) year commencing April 1, 1966. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be <br />and he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br />requirement contract for the purchase of liquid chlorine, <br />lime and ferric chloride, for a period of one (1) year commenc- <br />ing April 1, 1966 with the lowest and best bidder after advertise- <br />ment according to law. <br /> <br /> section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote <br />of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its adoption and <br />approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:.J%nua~7 17~ 1966 <br /> <br />Charles S.
