R~SOLUTION NO: ~SB BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. <br /> <br />Ward, Wendling, <br />Cain, Huffman, <br />Kelley, Usher. <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing <br />the. Director of Finance to enter into a contract or contracts <br />for the purchase of Boiler and Machinery insurance for the new <br />sewage disposal plant and the city hall and the three fire <br />stations, the city garage, Lakewood Park, Madison Park and <br />Winterhurst Municipal Skating Rink, said insurance to provide <br />coverage limits of at least $100,000.00 per accident at each <br />location, with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after <br />advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> ~/EREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the public <br />property and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LAKEWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> SectiOn 1, That the Director of Finance be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract or <br />contracts for the purchase of Boiler and Machinery insurance <br />for the new sewage disposal plant and the city hall an~ the <br />three fire stations; the city garage, Lakewood Park, Madison <br />Park andWinterhurst Municipal Skating Rink, said insurance to <br />provide coverage limits of at least $100,000.00 per accident at <br />each location, with, the lowest and best bidder or bidders after <br />advertisement according to law, <br /> <br /> SectiO~ 2.
