Usher, Ward, <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 4490 BY: Wendling, Cain, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Kelley. <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the Finance <br />Director of the City of Lakewood to accept the principal and in- <br />terest on special assessment levied on permanent parcel number <br />313-5-74 on the Cuyahoga County Auditor's records and authorizing <br />the County Auditor to cancel said special assessment for the year <br />1966. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City has special assessment charged against <br />the property hereinafter described and levied under Ordinance No. <br />60-61 adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood on June 5, <br />1961, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, The owner of the said property has tendered payment <br />of the principal portion and interest on the special assessment <br />levied on said parcel pursuant to the provisions of Section <br />5719.16 of the Revised Code of the State of Ohio, and, <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE <br />OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Finance of the City of <br />Lakewood be and he is hereby authorized and directed to accept <br />the sum of $13.~0 tendered in payment of the principal and inter- <br />est for the year 1966 of s~ecial assessment charged against the <br />property described as permanent parcel number 313-5-74 on the <br />Auditor's records of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and levied under <br />Ordinance No. 60-61, adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood <br />on June 5, 1961. <br /> <br /> Section 9. That said special assessment as hereinbefore set <br />forth having been accepted as set forth in Section I hereof, and <br />the Auditor of Cuyahoga County be and he is hereby authorized to <br />cancel said special assessment for the year 1966 levied under <br />Ordinance No. 60-61, adopted by the Council of the City of Lakewood <br />on June 5, 1961 on permanent parcel number 313-5-74 on the County <br />Auditor's records and further described as being Sublot No. 7 in <br />the John Schneider Subdivision, each annual assessment being in <br />the amount of $13.40. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby <br />a · <br />uthormzed and directed to deliver a certified copy of this res- <br />olution to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County for the purpose of hav- <br />ing said special assessment canceled. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
