RESOLUTION NO. 4501 BY: Messrs. Cain~ Gaydos, ttuffman~ <br /> Kelley, Usher~ Ward & Wendling <br /> <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION approving the budget of the City of <br />Lakewood, State of Ohio, for the year 1967, and authorizing <br />the filing of the same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an emergency exists to provide for the usual dally <br />operation of a municipal department arising from the necessity <br />of preparing and filing a budget for the year 1967, now, <br />therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />SYATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Annual Budget submitted by the Director <br />of Finance of the City of Lakewood, showing th~ amount of money <br />needed aud ~he necessary expenditures in the various departments <br />of the municipality for the year 1967, be and the same iS hereby <br />approved and the Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to file <br />same with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County pursuant to the statutes <br />of the State of Ohio. <br /> <br />Section 2. That ~his resolution is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble and <br />provided it receives the affirmative vote of two thirds (2/3) of <br />all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be i~ <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted:, July 22, 1966 <br /> <br />Approved: July 22, 1966 <br /> <br />Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
