RESOLUTION NOo 4505 <br /> <br /> Messrs. Usher, Ward. Wendling <br />Cain, Gaydos, Huffman and Kelley <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the purchase <br />of up to 15,000 feet of 1~" threaded wrought iron pipe in 20 foot <br />lengths, together with couplings, for the Winterhurst-Lakewood <br />Municipal Skating Rink° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITM OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That -the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the purchase of <br />up to 15,000 feet of 1~" threaded wrought iron pipe in 20 foot <br />lengths, together with couplings, for the Winterhurst-Lakewood <br />Municipal skating Rink, with the lowest and best bidder after <br />advertisement pursuant to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2o That this Resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affiz~ative vote of two-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect and be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: July 18, 1966 <br /> <br />Charles S.
