FINAL RESOLUTION Nu ER Adopting plans; Proposing to co-operate; Requesting Director to proceed; (Chapter 5521 and Section 5705.41 Ohio Rev. Code) Mr.___lI_?her ........................................... moved the adoption of the following resolution: WHEREAS, At a meeting of the legislative authority of ........ !_s}_ - August Ohio, held in the offlee of said legislative authority, on this ...... day o~ .......................... , 19_6~, a quorum being present, the improvement of U.S. Route No. 6A, under the provimons of Chapter 5521, Ohio Revised Code, came on for further consideration; said portion of highway, as described in the legislation proposing cooperation with the State Highway Director of Ohio, enacted on the .... _2_0__fi_h_ ................ day of ....... _J__~u~__e ................... 19_-~_, being as follows: Beginning at a point on Bridge Approach O.O4 mile, more or less, west of its intersection with Sloane Avenue; thence easterly along Bridge Approach to its intersection with Detroit Avenue and there ter- minate, being in all a distance of O.184 mile, more or less ; and WHEREAS, In said legislation proposing cooperation, said le~slative authority proposed to cooper- ate with the State Highway Director of Ohio m theimprovement ortho above described highway by assu~ing the payment of and contributing an amount of money~ which is to be applied to- ward the total cost of said improvement, which amount is determined by and equal to the following: (1) One hundred percent (100~) of the cost of rearranging and adjusting municipally owned utilities; less a l~nmp sum credit of $2,500.00~ which sum represents a credit of eighty-five percent (85~) of the appraised value of City-owned land required for the construction of the improve- ment; and (2) One hundred percent (1OO~o) of the costs of the preliminary engineering report and the detailed construction plans for the improvement, subject to the following credits of such costs which have been applied on the City's contribution to the improvement: (a) Eighty-five percent (85~) of the cost of the detailed construction plans (now estimated to be ~15,615.00); and (b) Eighty-five percent (85~) of the cost of the portion of the prelimine~y engineering report which is applicable to the City of Lekewood (now estimated to be $5~O00.00); and (c) One hundred percent (100~) of the cost of the portion of the preliminary engineering report which is applicable to the City of Ricky River (now estimated to be $5~O00.00); and (3) Fifteen percent (15%) of the remaining costs Of the improvement.
