That this Council hereby strenuously <br />objects to the granting, by the Department of Liquor COntrol of <br />the State of Ohio, of the application of Alfred Battista for the <br />issuance of a D-1 Liquor Permit for the premises known as <br />12401 Madison Avenue, Lakewood, Ohio, for the reasons stated above <br /> <br /> Section 2. T?at the Clerk of Council is hereby <br />directed to submit two ce:~tifie~ oopies of thms resolution and als~ <br />two signed statements listing the reasons for the objection, to <br />the Department of Liquor Control, State of Ohio, Permit Division, <br />within thirty (30) days from August 17, 1966. <br /> <br /> Section 3. That the President of Council designate a <br />member of the Council to represent Council at any hearings before <br />the Department of Liquor Control, State of Ohio. <br /> <br /> Section 4.
