RESOLUTION NO. ~O BYo ~ . ~: ~ <br /> <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a concession agreement <br />for the o:~?eration of a refreshment and ice skating accessory <br />s'~:snd at t%~.e Winterhurst-Lekewood Municigal Skating Rink for <br />a period of one (1) year° <br /> <br /> W~EREAS, This resolution censtitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the i~ediate preservation of the public <br />health and for the usual daily operetion of a Municipal Department; <br />now', therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY ~tE COUNCIL O~ ~-~iE CIT~ OF I~KEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OH!O: <br /> <br /> Section 1o That the Director of ~ubiic Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Ri~, with the highest and best bidder, for a period of one (1) <br />year, after advertisemen~ according to lawo <br /> <br /> Section 2° That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of %~o-thirds <br />of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect ~nd be in <br />force immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor~ <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Approved: <br /> <br /> , ,, <br />Clerk <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
