RESOLUTION NO. ~51~ BY: <br /> <br />Usher, Wendling, Gaydos, <br />Huff man, Kelley <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION~accepting the amounts and rates as determined by the Budget <br />Commission and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to <br />the County Auditor. <br /> <br />I~I~REAS, This Council iu accordance with the provisions of law has previously <br />adopted a tax budget for the next succeedin~ fiscal year co~roencing <br />January 1, 1967, and <br /> <br />I~I~RRAS, The Budget Co~nission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified <br />its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County <br />Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, end <br />what part thereof is without, and what part is within, the 10 mill tax limita- <br />tion; therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY TRE COUNCIL OF T~E CITY OF LAKE~OOD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the amounts and rates, as determined by the Budget Co~mission <br />in its certification, be and the same are hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2.
