RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />4522 <br /> <br />Usher, Ward~ Weudlin§, <br />Gaydos, Huffma~, Kelley <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing the Director of <br />Public Works to enter into a contract for the purchase of one <br />motor vehicle for the Department of Public Works, Division of <br />Water, of the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This Resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure in that it provides for the immediate preservation of <br />the public safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department, now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section i. That the Director of public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a ContraCt <br />for the purchase of the following: <br /> <br />One Sedan <br /> <br />and for the sale or trade-in of a 1960 Ford on such new vehicle <br />with the lowest and best bidder or bidders after advertisement <br />according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
