RESOLUTION NO. 4525BY: Huffman, Kelley, Usher, Ward, <br /> Wendling, Coin and Gaydos <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION declaring the intent of the Council <br />of the City of Lakewood to vacate S,,mmit Court in the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare and for the usual daily operation of a municipal <br />department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br />Section I. That it hereby declares its intent to vacate <br />Court in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council shall cause notice <br />of such declaration to be served in the manner that the service of <br />summons is required to be mm]e, upon all persOnS whoso Fr~PertF <br />abuts upon the part of Summit Court affected by the proposed <br />vacation, and by publication once in one newspaper of §eneral <br />circulation in the City of LakewoOd as to all persons who cannot <br />be personally served. Said notic~ =~11 state the time and place <br />when objections ~ be ~=a before the Board of Revision of <br /> <br /> Section 3.
