...... n Cain. <br />RESOLUTION ~O. 4535 BY: MesSrs. ~.~ar,~, ~eudI · g, <br /> GRydos, l~uffman, Kel]ey~ Usher <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION tO commend the members of the Board of Trustees of the <br />Firemen's Relief and Pension Fund of the City of Lakewood, Ohio. <br />WHEREAS~ the members of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief <br />and Pension Fund have~ for many years~ performed an extremely valuable <br />service to the members of said Fund, ail of whom are, or at one time <br />were~ employees of the City of Lakewood: and~ <br /> WHEREAS~ in performing such aervice~ the members of said Board of <br /> Trustees have devoted countless hours of their own time to the <br /> administration of the affairs of said Fund, and~ <br /> WHEREAS, the members of said Board of Trustees have displayed a high <br /> degree of dedication~ diligence and devotion to the performance of <br /> their duties~ and~ <br /> w~mm~% m,t~=~o.=~ ~o ~l~e la~s of the State of Ohio, the functions and <br /> duties of said Fund were, on the first day of January~ 1967 assumed <br /> by The Police and Firemen's Disability and Pension Fund of Ohio, and, <br /> WHEREAS, this Council is desirous of recognizing such past services <br /> in a proper and fitting manner; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAREWOOD, STATE OF OHIO: <br /> Section 1. That Lakewood City Council extends to all those who have <br /> served as members of the Board of Trustees of the Firemen's Relief and <br /> Pension Fund of Lakewood, Ohio its grateful mppr~clation and that of <br /> the citizens of Lakewood for the dedicated and valuable services <br /> rendered by each member thereof throughout the years of said Fund's <br /> existence. <br /> Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby authorized <br /> and directed to forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the <br /> Secretary of the Fire~en'S Relief and Pension Fund. <br /> Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force <br /> immediately upon its adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />January 6, 1967 <br /> <br /> Charles S.
