That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to <br />pay the cost of membership of municipal employees and/or Divisions or <br />Departments of the City of Lakewood for the year 1967, in the organizations <br />and associations set forth in Section 1 hereof. <br /> <br />Section 3.
