C~lDINANCE ~0o 4543 B$r Mr. Fahrenbach AN EI~RGENCY O~CDINANCE to amend Ordinance No. 1786 entitled~ "An Ordinance providing for the zoning or districting of the City of Lakewood and the regulation of the location~ bulk~ height and uses of buildings and other structures and premises and repealing Ordinance No. 1479", as amended from time to timer by revising the Zone l~p with respect to the properties located along Sle~ne Avenue ~ithin the territory hereinafter more particularl~ deseribede BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COL~CIL OF WE CITY OF LAEEWOOD~ STATE OF OHIO: Section 1~ That Ordinance Nee 1786~ as amended from time to time, be emended and supplemented by' revising the Zone Map to the extent that the properties located within the following described territory~ ~n both sides of Sloane Avenue extending from West Clifton Boulevard to Bridge Approach and Roc~ ~iver Bridge in the City of Lakewood~ be~ and they are hereby reclassified so as to come within GROUP 1 - RESID~$CE CLASSES- Class lc Uses" subJect~ however~ to the provisions of Section 5 (b) of Ordinance No. 1786 as amended. Section 2~ That the City Engineer be~ a~d he is hereby~ authorized and directed to make said revision in the original Zone ,' ~ap~ which Zone Map with said use district ~ so revised~ is hereby declared to be a part of this Ordinance~ ~ction ~ $1 This ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble hereof and, provided it receives the affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Cotu~il~ it she.ll take effect and be in force iz~ediately upon its adoption and approval by the Nayor. ~dopted:.
