RESOLUTION NO. 4559 <br /> <br />Messrs. Usher, Ward, Wendling, <br /> Gaydos, Huffman, Kelley <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a requirement contract <br />or contracts for the purchase of street repair materials for <br />a period of one (1) year commencing April 1, 1967o <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, This resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the usual daily operation of a municipal depart- <br />ment; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a requirement <br />contract or contracts for the purchase of street repair mater- <br />ials for a period of one (1) year commencing April !, 1967, <br />in accordance with the list of such materials on file in the <br />office of the Director of Public Works, with the lowest and <br />best bidder or bidders after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
