RESOLUTION NOo 4576 <br /> <br />BY: Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Ward and Wendllng <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into a contract for the <br />purchase of up to 15,000 feet of 1~" threaded wrought iron <br />pipe in 20 foot lengths, together with couplings, for the <br />Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink. <br /> <br /> V~EREAS, this resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the usual daily operation of a <br />municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LA~EWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the <br />purchase Of up to 15,000 feet of 1~" threaded wrought <br />iron pipe in 20 foot lengths, together with couplings, <br />for the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink with <br />the lowest and best bidder after advertisement pursuant <br />to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this Resolution is hereby declared <br />to be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the <br />preamble hereof and provided it receives the affirmative <br />vote of two-thirds of all members elected to Council, it <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its <br />adoption and approval by the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: <br /> <br />June 19, 1967 <br /> <br />Charles S.
