That ~t hereby dec]ales its ~ntent to <br />vacate that portion of Robinwood Avenue exteudi~g south from <br />~ranklin Avenue to and inc!udi~lg i539 Ro!~lDV~ocd Avenue ©r~the <br />east aad 3.584 Rob~%~od Avenue o~ tile west. <br /> <br /> Sectzon 2. That the Clerk of Council shall cause <br />notice of such declaration to be served in the manner' that <br />the service of summons is required to be made~ upon all <br />persons 'whose property abuts upon the part of Robinwood Avenue <br />affected by the proposed vacation~ and by publication once <br />in one newspaper of general circulation in the City of Lakewood <br />as to all persons who cannot be personally served. Said notice <br />shall state the time and place when objections can be heard <br />before the Board of Revision oY Assessments. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
