RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />4583 <br /> <br />BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Cain, Gaydos, Huffman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward, Wendling <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION authorizing and directing the <br />Director of Public Works to enter into s concession agreement <br />for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating accessory <br />stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating Rink for <br />a period of one (1) year. <br /> <br /> WHEREASa this resolution constitutes an emergency measure <br />providing for the immediate preservation of the public health <br />and for the usual daily operation of a Municipal Department~ <br />now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and he <br />is hereby authorized and directed to enter into a concession <br />agreement for the operation of a refreshment and ice skating <br />accessory stand at the Winterhurst-Lakewood Municipal Skating <br />Rink, with the highest and best bidder, for a period of one (1) <br />year, after advertisement according to law. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to <br />be an emergency measure for the reasons stated in the preamble <br />hereof and provided it receives the affirmative vote of two- <br />thirds of all members elected to Council, it shall take effect <br />and be in force immediately upon its adoption and approval by <br />the Mayor. <br /> <br />Adopted: September 5: lq67 <br /> <br />President <br /> <br />Approved: September 5, 1967 <br /> <br />Crac~,,Revno~ds <br /> Clerk <br /> <br />Robert M~ Lawther <br /> Mayor <br /> <br /> <br />
