Hu£fman, Kelley, Usher, <br /> Ward, Weadltmg, Cain, GaydoS <br /> <br /> AN EMERGENCY RESOLUS'ION authorizing the Director of <br />Public Works to advertise for bids for the construction of <br />a sanitary sewer lJ.n~ in Riverside Drive from Ogontz Avenue <br />to a point 30~) feet n©rth of ~illiar~ Avenue° <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Plans and specifications have been prepared for <br />the aforementioned sanitary sewer line by Woodruff and <br />Associates for t~e Engineering Division of the City of <br />Lakewood~ and, <br /> <br /> WHER~S, It is the intention of the Cit~ of Lakewood <br />to proceed forthwith with the construction of the afore- <br />mentioned sewer and, <br /> <br /> WHERe%S, This resolution constitutes an emergency <br />measure providing for the immediate preservation of the <br />public health and safety and for the usual daily operation <br />of a municipal department; now, therefore, <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />STATE OF OHIO: <br /> <br /> Section 1. That the Director of Public Works be and <br />he is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer line, in accordance with <br />the plans and specifications prepared by Woodruff and <br />Associates for-the Engineering Division of the City o~ <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2. That the advertisement for said bids shall <br />provide for and require that bids for the construction of <br />said sanitary sewer line shall be in accordance with said <br />plans and specifications and shall state that the City may <br />accept or reject any or all bids. <br /> <br /> Section 3.
