RESOLUTION NO. 4589 BY Messrs. ~U~fman, Kelley, Usher, Ward and Wendling A !~SOLUTION accepting thc amounts and rates as de~ermined by ~he Budget Cost,lesion and authorizing the necessary tax levies and certifying them to the County Auditor~ WHEREAS, This Council in accordance with the provisions of law has prev- iously adopted a ~ax budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1, 196~, and WHEreAS, The Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, State of Ohio, has certified its action thereon to this Council togsther with an e~timate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and ~%at part thereof is without, and what part is withiu~ the 10 mill tax limitation; therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, CUYAHOGACOUNTY, OHIO: Section t. That the amounts ~md rates, as determined by the Budget Commission in its certification, be and ~he ~ame are hereby accepted. Section 2. That there be and is hereby levied on the tax duplicate of said City the rate of each tax necessary to be levied wlthin and without the ten mill limitation as follows: W.
