That the appointment of Mr. Thomas ~. Kennedy <br />as a member of the Board of Zoning Appeals for the full term <br />beginning January ], 1968 is hereby approved in accordance with <br />the provisions of Article XVI of the Charter of the City of <br />Lakewood. <br /> <br /> Section 2.
