RESOLUTION NO. 4604 BY: <br /> <br />Messrs. Gaydos, Graber, Hu£fman, <br /> Kelley, Usher, Ward & <br /> Wendling. <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION to commend Arthur L. Cain for his public service as <br />a member of the Lakewoed City COuncil in the City of Lakewood. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, in 1963 Mr. Cain was elected to Lakewood City Council <br />as a representativa of the Second Ward, and has served in that <br />capacity for a four year term, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, previous to his election to Council he had served as an <br />appointed member of the Lakewood Planning CommisSion, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mr. Cain, during his public life, has evidenced ihter- <br />est in the youth of the commnnity and in the field of zoning and <br />planning, and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is fitting and proper that the years of public ser- <br />vice rendered by Mr. Cain be given public cognizance and recog- <br />nition, now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LAKEWOOD, STATE OF <br />OHIO: <br /> <br />Section 1. That this Council extends to Mr. Arthur L. Cain <br />its appreciation and that of all the citizens of Lakewood for his <br />service as a member of Lakewood City Council. <br /> <br />Section 2. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby author- <br />ized and directed to forward a certified copy of this resolution <br />to Mr. Arthur L.
